I’m purchasing a car from an auction, what do I need?

Vehicles that need to be picked up from Auctions will require the following documents when booking in:
- Buyer name and buyer number
- Lot number
- Type of car (make and model)
- A copy of the tax invoice showing you have purchased the vehicle.
- Photos of vehicle damage (optional)

Does my car need to be drivable?

It certainly makes it easier if cars are able to drive on and off our truck. We can move non-drive-able vehicles at a little extra cost, please advise us with details and we will quote a price for you.
Vehicles do not need to be registered to be classified as drive-able . Extra fees may apply to vehicles booked in as a drive-able but turn out to be non-running when the driver arrives to pick it up. -

How long will my vehicle take to get delivered?

On average, you will roughly receive your vehicle within 5-10 business days depending on where your vehicle is being transported to and from. Delivery times are an estimate only and cannot be guaranteed but we will try our best to get your vehicle delivered on the estimated time. Please keep in mind that traffic, weather and general demand can cause transit delays.

How do I pay?

All bookings can be paid prior to moving your vehicle or you can pay on delivery. We accept cash, bank deposit and direct transfers. If you wish to pay by cheque or set up an account, that can be arranged with us. All prices quoted are inclusive of GST. All payments must be finalized before receiving your vehicle unless prior arrangements have been made with the office staff.

My car is modified, can you still move it?

The vehicle must have a ground clearance of at least 15cm. If higher than 8cm but lower than 15cm, please let us know the exact ground clearance height from the lowest point of the vehicle and we will organise a specialised quote for you. When booking, please let us know about roof racks or other accessories that add height or width to the car.

I have a massive car! Can you still move it?

Our standard prices are for vehicles not exceeding 5m in length, 2.1m in height and 2m width. If larger please provide the exact measurements and we will quote you depending on how big you vehicle is.

How is my vehicle transported?

Our fleet of trucks are double storey car carriers, similar to the ones you see taking cars to dealerships. We also have a tilt tray service and have access to other trucks and vehicles if needed.
